Most dash cams rely on small-aperture lenses with insufficient light intake. At night or in tunnels, footage becomes grainy with severe noise, rendering license plates unreadable. Compounding the issue, many so-called "night vision" models only output monochrome footage, making it impossible to distinguish vehicle colors or traffic signals. 2. Positioning Failure in Complex Environments

 

传统记录仪应对复杂环境能力弱,定位精度与信号稳定性存在短板。例如在高楼密集的城市区域,卫星信号易被建筑遮挡、反射形成多径干扰,导致定位漂移、坐标偏移,部分产品出现定位误差可达数十米;隧道内则因信号受屏蔽,多数记录仪直接丢失定位功能,一旦发生事故,连精准的事故位置都无法记录,给后续定责、取证带来极大阻碍。

Traditional recorders falter in complex environments. In urban canyons, tall buildings cause multipath interference, leading to positional drift of dozens of meters. Inside tunnels, most devices lose GPS entirely. If an accident occurs, the location isn't recorded, crippling the utility of the evidence for liability collection.
